- 384 six-sided precast cell modules comprised and enclosed four, 4-story octagonal housing pods
- An additional precast dormitory structure adjoined the pods
- Each pod included standard cells with MEP chase, control room, day room, recreation and visiting areas
- Pods were connected to each other and the courthouse complex with a secure, two-level central corridor
- The 727,000-sq.-ft. justice complex included 18 courtrooms and can house nearly 2,000 inmates and detainees
